Lexi Oellrich, LMHCA
Lexi is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Gonzaga University. She specializes in working with adults and couples, helping them navigate life challenges and build healthier, more connected relationships.
Lexi is particularly passionate about supporting couples through communication difficulties, infidelity, life transitions, and other relational concerns. She has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach rooted in attachment science. In her work, Lexi creates a supportive space where each partner feels heard, understood, and valued throughout the therapeutic process.
When working with individuals, Lexi takes a personalized approach, integrating creativity, compassion, and evidence-based practices to meet each client's unique needs. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective modality for processing and healing from trauma.
Lexi has experience supporting clients through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and trauma-related challenges in both inpatient and private practice settings. She has also worked extensively with individuals navigating betrayal trauma and infidelity, offering thoughtful, informed care for those facing complex relationship dynamics.
Grounded in her faith and love of the outdoors, Lexi brings a steady, compassionate presence to her work. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them in their growth and healing.
Lexi offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, with availability Monday through Friday.
